During the second half of the 90s SICAM, as part of a general plan for company development, decided to establish a Quality Guarantee System (QGS) which achieved two significant recognition in the form of ISO 9001:2000 Quality certification and 14001:2004 Environmental certification from the international authority DNV (Det Norske Veritas).
Today the company ensures quality through a sequence of controlled processes aimed at maintaining consistency through time of:
1) The qualitative level of the PRODUCT RANGE, this taken as suitability for use, performance, safety, and reliability.
2) The qualitative standard of SERVICE through the training of person nel and capacity of the internal structures to ful fill market demands.
3) Coherent response to the needs of CLIENTS, this meaning the full satisfaction of their expectations.
4) Ongoing technical and economic improvement of the COMPANY STRUCTURE
